SL에서 crash등 문제가 생기는 경우 도움이 되는 방법

제가 쓰고 있는 건 iMac 24" 2.16 Core Duo (early 2007)과 Macbook Pro 15" (Matt, early 2008)입니다.

iMac의 하드디스크를 WD Black Cavier 1TB로 바꿨고 RAM은 3G(2+1)로 업그레이드 했습니다.

그래픽카드가 고장나서 교체를 했구요.

SL 설치이후 거의 모든 애플리케이션에서 crash가 나서 apple discusssion에 글을 올렸는데 답글이 올라와 시키는대로 해봤더니

crash증상이 많이 없어졌습니다(아직 몇시간 안되었고 photoshop은 여전히 crash가 나니까 많이라고만 합니다).

또 하드디스크 소리가 매우컸었는데 소리가 없어졌네요.

SL에서 문제 있으신분들은 아래 두가지를 해보시기 바랍니다.
