종종 집의 아이맥을 켜두고 나오는 경우가 있는데 켜저 있는 아이맥을 간단히 재울 수 있군요

역시 애플 오토메이터와 애플스크립트의 조합으로 해결이 됩니다.

방법은 간단 합니다. 오토메이터로 system sleep하는 work flow하나 만들어서 application으로 저장하고
애플스크립트로 이 application 호출하도록 하나 만들어 놓고
Mail에서 Rule을 주면 되는 군요.

그런데 왜 오토메이터파일과 애플스크립트 파일 두개나 만들어야하는지 원. 혹시 더 깔끔한 방법 아시나요?
